We check our facts twice annually and our most prolific reporters have a steadfast rule: no alcohol consumed before 8am (except on Sundays). Also, from our vast experience in the news business we have found that most facts are easily "straightened" with gin, a blowtorch and a pair of pliers. Jackie, your touching and eloquent post was the most honest and interesting piece we've seen in The Buffalo Ruse for quite some time.
